Once you have sworn the oath and had it witnessed by three signatories, you are now part of the second most greatest Revolution since the Glorious Revolution of 1688.

You should start your path by taking a copy of your oath and sending it to one of the Lords from the Committee of the Barons who invoked these rights in 2001.

The list of barons can be found here.

    • No. The intention is all that matters. If you distress the criminal regime without first engagement in diffidatio (the right to transfer allegiance) then you will have no legal excuse to do so.

To add some context to this… In law ‘mens rea’ (intention or ‘guilty mind’) is very significant. Crimes are comprised of the physical action (actus reus), the mental intent (mens rea) and Corpus delecti (the Body of the Crime). If you are going to engage in “civil disobedience” under the guise of lawful rebellion, and claim “lawful excuse” for breaking some laws, you must be able to adequately prove the purpose for which you committed the act. Please bare in mind that no one is above constitutional (common) law, you can’t harm someone or risk harming someone under oath (fighting/reckless driving) so please only re enforce the law, don’t break it.

    • There’s no absolute need to send it off but it shows support. Yes, print and sign, then get 3 signatory witnesses to validate the Oath. After that, you are no longer an outlaw. (Not personally)
